Ebru Ay Chelli earned her postdoctoral degree from Columbia Law School, NYC in the energy disputes resolution. Graduated from Istanbul Marmara University, Ebru Ay Chelli has a combination of international cross-border French and Turkish law expertise. Ebru Ay Chelli’s practice focuses mainly on international arbitration law, corporate and business law, information security, and specialises in cross-border dispute resolution. She regularly publishes articles in Turkish and French law reviews on international private law and comparative law. She is also assistant professor in the field of civil procedural law, execution and bankruptcy law and speaks English, French and Turkish.

MURAT ŞAHİN

OF COUNSEL

Murat Şahin, after graduating from Istanbul University Faculty of Law, he earned his PhD in Private Law at Anadolu University. Şahin, who is a faculty member in the department of commercial law, practices and carries out academic studies in the fields of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, competition law, restructuring and insolvency law. In addition to serving as a non-governmental advisor to the Turkish Competition Authority in past years, he has been appointed several times as a composition proceeding administrator and has demonstrated the ability to meet the challenges presented by this role.
